On February 14, churches in Bandra will be filled with the faithful as we observe Ash Wednesday, the beginning of Lent. The ashes, obtained from the palms of Palm Sunday, will be applied on our foreheads as a reminder of our mortality and the need for repentance. Let us come together in prayer and fasting during this 40-day period leading up to Easter Sunday.
