On offer are a covey of creative cocktails such as King Louie – a tropical cocktail which uses ingredients like monkey 47 gin, banana & tropical fruit flavoured dutch liqueur ‘Pisang ambon’ and is inspired by King Louie, the crafty and larger than life overlord of the “Bandar-Log” monkeys in “The Jungle Book. If you like Zingy cocktails then we suggest you go for Limon Collins, a heady concoction of Langley’s old tom gin, house limoncello, and seltzer.
Gin Catalyst Tray King Louie
For the Gin explorers who like experimenting with different tonics, we have our Gin catalyst tray which offers 4 gins at 15ml each, served with catalysts to help you explore your own concoctions with 4 quinine free house-crafted tonics, fresh fruits, botanicals, herbs, & spices.
You can wash it all down with our bar snacks such as G & T batter-fried clams with Lemon Caper Aioli, Gouda and Juniper Berry jam Texas toast, G&T batter-fried Shrooms with Dil & Pickled Aioli and many more.
