Royce D’Silva, a 62-year-old bachelor, ex-Stanislite, residing at Veronica Road, Bandra; has been diagnosed with severe Megaloblastic Anemia & Vitamin D deficiency. He was admitted to Beams Multispeciality Hospital, in the early hours of August 15th, where he is currently undergoing treatment.
He has lost about 40 kgs in a year & his blood count is below the danger mark. His condition is critical and life-threatening.
Royce needs Blood Packed Cells, IV fluids (round-the-clock), Kebivan Peri (round-the-clock). Blood Transfusion has started. He is weak & very pale. As per his doctors’ recommendation, he needs to be further investigated & hospitalized with total bed rest, for complete recovery. This is estimated to cost about 4 lakhs.
