I Cafe Co. is a contemporary and cosy café in Bandra which recently turned one. Though it looks like a small café tucked next to the MET College, it serves everything from birthday cakes to biriyanis – all dishes and beverages home curated and baked with a personal touch. The café was opened in December 2018 and quickly grabbed the interest of the local residents and college students owing to the attractive offers it has. This newcomer among cafes at Reclamation is the brainchild of Shakti and Poonam Agarwal who have been in the culinary industry for a while and are constantly in search of good coffee and chocolates. Their association with Bandra has been for more than 35 years and it led them to open up a world-class, yet affordable café for everyone – families, students, youth and the senior citizens. The quality of the ingredients and the fact that each and every coffee bean is lab tested before it reaches you, make this café different. The author’s favourites are the Hot Chocolate (a must-try for every chocolate lover!), Smoked Chicken Sandwich and artisanal teas. The coffees start from ₹ 120 for a small cup and goes up to ₹300 for a large cup of a house special Cappuccino. Sandwiches start from ₹ 160 and there is an assortment of small bites. There are special morning and evening combos for students starting from ₹ 99 for a coffee. This cute, modern café offers more than 6 types of croissants and vegan as well as lactose-free options in coffees. I Cafe Co. also undertakes corporate orders for gifting and party orders. It has great offers for special occasion parties that can be organized at the café lawns and indoors. There is also a dine-in swing in the lawns which adds more fun to the culinary exploits.
