Set in the heart of Chimbai, Munchery is run by Bandra boys and ex- Stanislites – Nazim Merchant (head chef), Mustafa and Yusuf Nalwalla. The boys have often used their shared school-day experiences to inspire recipes, even taking their childhood favourite ‘potato chops’ and incorporating it into the butter chicken pops. Nazim, the head-chef, has trained full-time under his mom – Shabnam Merchant, head chef and part-owner of Simmering Potts. He also serves as co-chef of the eatery which offers traditional heritage food including Mughlai cuisine, Biryanis and more.
